On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 824/2022 dated March 30, 2022, reappointing David Ross of Mississauga as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective November 15, 2022.
