On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005,

A. Scott Carson of Kingston

is appointed to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a member of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario’s board of directors for a term effective as of the date of this Order and ending not later than March 26, 2021.

and further that Order in Council 640/2018 be revoked as of the date of this Order.
