On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Susan Mather was reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective October 31, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1175/2018;

And whereas Susan Mather tendered her resignation effective April 15, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 1175/2018 be revoked effective April 15, 2021.
