Order in Council 895/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jonathan Fredrick Pegg has agreed to be further reappointed as the Fire Marshal of Ontario;

Now therefore pursuant to section 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, as amended, Jonathan Fredrick Pegg is hereby further reappointed as the Fire Marshal of Ontario, effective from the date this order in council is made, for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this reappointment.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1079/2022 is hereby revoked effective later of the date this order in council is made.
