On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 224/2018 dated February 8, 2018 that reappointed Samuel Waldenberg of Hamilton as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, be revoked effective May 31, 2019.
