On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ronda Bessner of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 1154/2019 dated August 16, 2019 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1154/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
