On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 379/2017 dated February 15, 2017, James Houston was reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario pursuant to section 250(1) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994;

Pursuant to section 250(1) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994, Order in Council O.C. 379/2017 dated February 15, 2017 is revoked effective the later of June 8, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made.
