On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sean Donnelly of Stoney Creek, who was appointed by O.C. 2091/2017 as a member of the Board of Governors of McMaster University, has resigned his position effective July 1, 2021;

Now therefore, pursuant to paragraph 8(1)(j) of The McMaster University Act, 1976, Order in Council 2091/2017 be revoked effective the later of July 1, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
