On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 33 (3) of the Pay Equity Act,

Kadie Ward of Powassan

be reappointed as full-time head of the Pay Equity Office for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of August 27, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
