On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6 of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011, S.O. 2011, Chapter 10

Grant Goodwin of Manitouwadge, Ontario

be reappointed as part-time member of the Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 2 years, effective the later of July 30, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
