On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(2)3 and 6(1) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998, David Wexler of Thornhill be appointed as part-time member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
