On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Rejean Paul Duwyn, a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed, effective July 31, 2023, as Regional Coroner of Operational Support for Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
