On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Monique Rolf von den Baumen-Clark

be appointed Deputy Minister of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry, effective July 12, 2021, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And that Order in Council O.C. 974/2019, dated June 20, 2019, be revoked effective July 12, 2021.
