On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, Don McNalty of Singhampton be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as a Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal to serve for a period of five years effective July 8, 2026, to July 7, 2031.
