On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 819/2026, the position of Special Advisor, Agent-General (London, United Kingdom) is continued for a period ending no later than July 14, 2027;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario to provide for the appointment and remuneration of advisors to serve His Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Sophia Arvanitis of Toronto

is hereby re-appointed as Special Advisor, Agent-General (London, United Kingdom), effective July 15, 2026, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period ending no later than July 14, 2027.

And further that during such re-appointment, Sophia Arvanitis shall be paid a base remuneration of $185,000 (Canadian) per year.
