On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1632/2022 made December 1, 2022, Connie Dejak was reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation;

And whereas Connie Dejak has resigned effective the date this Order in Council is made;

Therefore Order in Council O.C.1632/2022 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
