On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017, Gary Crawford of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and designated as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
