On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1707/2021 Ronald Kwan was re-appointed as a member of board of directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation; And Whereas Ronald Kwan resigned as a member on June 3, 2024; Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1707/2021 be revoked effective June 3, 2024.
