On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7 (2) (a) of the Post-secondary Education Choice and Excellence Act, 2000,

Armand La Barge of Bethany

be appointed as chair of the Post-secondary Education Quality Assessment Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Armand La Barge shall receive reimbursement of expenses and an honorarium in accordance with Order in Council No. 1769/2000.
