On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Kevin Wong of Mississauga is hereby appointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
