On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James McMaster was reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of three years, effective November 16, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1618/2016;

And whereas James McMaster tendered his resignation effective July 27, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1618/2016 be revoked effective July 27, 2019.
