Assignment of Powers, Duties, Functions and Responsibilities to the Minister of Indigenous Affairs

  1. The Minister shall exercise the powers and perform the duties, functions, and responsibilities of the Attorney General in respect of sections 6(1)(e), 8(2), 8(10), 20, 22(1), 32(2), 32(4) of the English and Wabigoon River Systems Mercury Contamination Settlement Agreement Act, 1986.
