We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

April 21, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Pandemic and Emergency Preparedness Act, 2022, c. 11, which amend the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 1 (2), 5, 6, 9.
