Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, which amend the Pension Benefits Act, come into force:
Schedule 33, s. 3 (3), (4), 9 (1), (2), 13, 17, 33.
