We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 1, 2020 as the day on which the following provision of the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019, c. 15, which amends the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004, comes into force:
Schedule 30, s. 5.
