Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2020

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 1, 2020 as the day on which the following provisions of the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2020, c. 1, which amend the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002, come into force:
s. 2 (2), (5), 3, 4 (3), (4), 7, 14, 15, 16 (3), 17 (1), 18 (1), 20, 21, 22 (2), 24, 30, 32 (9).
