We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

December 14, 2020 as the day on which the following provision of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, which amends the Provincial Offences Act, comes into force:
Schedule 35, s. 11.
