We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

July 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, which amend the Securities Act, come into force:
Schedule 37, s. 4, 5.
