Security from Trespass and Protecting Food Safety Act, 2020

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

December 5, 2020 as the day on which the following provisions of the Security from Trespass and Protecting Food Safety Act, 2020, c. 9, come into force:
s. 1-5, 6 (2)-(4), 8-13, para. 1, 2, 4-6 of s. 14 (1), 14 (2)-(9), 15 (2), (3), 16-23.
