Getting Ontario Moving Act (Transportation Statute Law Amendment), 2019

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Getting Ontario Moving Act (Transportation Statute Law Amendment), 2019, c. 8, which amends the Off-Road Vehicles Act, comes into force:
