Restoring Ontario’s Competitiveness Act, 2019

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Restoring Ontario’s Competitiveness Act, 2019, c. 4, which amends the Farm Registration and Farm Organizations Funding Act, 1993, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 4, 6, 8, 9, 10.
