Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  1. July 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018, c. 1 come into force:

    s. 1, 2, 3, 7.

  2. July 1, 2020 as the day on which the following provision of the Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018, c. 1 comes into force:

    s. 4.

  3. September 25, 2019 as the day on which the following provision of the Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018, c. 1, comes into force:

    s. 6.

  4. July 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provision of the Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018, c. 1, which amends the Education Act, comes into force:

    s. 8.
