Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

July 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021, c. 26, which amend the Highway Traffic Act, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 15 (2), (3), 18, 19.
