Overview

Teeny Tiny Summits began in 2016 as a forum to explore scale-appropriate economic development strategies for Ontario's smallest communities. Since then, more than 2,750 participants from across the province have taken part.

These annual events – held virtually or in person – share practical examples, lessons and community development tactics tailored to the unique needs of small communities. Each summit features keynote speakers and real-world case studies that provide valuable insights and inspiration.

The Rural Ontario Municipal Association (ROMA) has committed to multi-year support for the Teeny Tiny Summit program, helping to ensure its continued impact and reach.
