Introduction
This document is the official ruleset for amateur Karate in Ontario.
All amateur Karate contests or exhibitions in Ontario must be sanctioned by the Ontario Athletics Commission (OAC) or Karate Ontario. Requirements to obtain a permit are set out in the Combative Sports Act, 2019 and its regulation.
