Introduction
This document is the official ruleset for Amateur Mixed Martial Arts (AMMA) in Ontario.
All amateur MMA contests or exhibitions in Ontario must be sanctioned by the Ontario Athletics Commission. Requirements to obtain a permit are set out in the Combative Sports Act, 2019 and its regulation.
