National Day of Mourning for Persons Killed or Injured in the Workplace

Flags at all Ontario government buildings and establishments across the province will be flown at half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Monday, April 28, 2025, to mark the National Day of Mourning for Persons Killed or Injured in the Workplace.

Where buildings are closed for the weekend, flags may be lowered at close of business on Friday April 25 and remain so until sunset on Monday, April 28.

Where buildings are closed for the weekend, flags may be flown at half-mast until sunset Monday, April 28, the National Day of Mourning for Persons Killed or Injured in the Workplace.

Where buildings are closed for the Easter holiday, flags may be flown at half-mast from sunrise Tuesday, April 22, until sunset on the day of the funeral (to be determined).
