For lands municipally known as 2155 Country Club Drive, City of Burlington, Ordered under section 47 of the Planning Act

As permitted by section 47 of the Planning Act, for lands in the City of Burlington in the Province of Ontario as described in Appendix “A” (the “subject lands”), I hereby order as follows:

1. Condition

  1. This order is subject to the following condition for the purposes of subsection 47(1.0.1) of the Planning Act:
    1. Confirmation that occupancy permits have been issued under the building code for all dwellings intended to be constructed on the lands identified as Low-Rise Residential Neighbourhood 8-1 (LN8-1) in Minister's Zoning Order 009-2026.

2. Definitions

  1. In this Order

    “zoning by-law” means Zoning By-Law 2020 of the City of Burlington.

3. Permitted uses

  1. Every use of land and every erection, location, or use of any building or structure is prohibited on the lands identified in Appendix “A”, except for the uses permitted in the Open Space (O1) Zone in Part 10, sections 4.1 and 4.2 of the zoning by-law however a Cemetery or Crematory shall not be permitted.

4. Zoning requirements

  1. The Open Space (O1) Zone requirements set out in Part 10, sections 4.3 and 4.4 of the zoning by-law apply to the uses set out in subsection 3(1).

5. Implementation provisions

  1. This order comes into force and effect on the day it is made.
