Victim Empowerment Act, 2002

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name April 22, 2003 as the day on which subsection 2 (2) of the Victim Empowerment Act, 2002, c. 12, which amends the Ministry of Correc- tional Services Act, comes into force.
