Take Notice that, pursuant to the Cemeteries Act (Revised), R.S.O 1990, Chapter C4, Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries intends to sever and sell approximately 24.5 acres of undeveloped land at the extreme east end of Beechwood Cemetery.

The severance and sale will not affect any existing burials or rights holders within the developed portion of the cemetery.

Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries will make application and request an Order from the Registrar to close that part of the cemetery affected by the severance.
