A Provincial By-Election will be held to choose a representative for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario on Thursday, November 24, 2005.
Qualified Electors in the Electoral District of Scarborough Rouge River should take note of the following information:
Additions To The List Of Electors
Qualified voters whose names are not on the List of Electors may:
- obtain a Certificate to Vote at the office of the Electoral District Returning Officer up to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2005
OR
- obtain a Certificate to Vote from the Revision Assistant at an Advance Poll location
OR
- be added to the List of Electors at their polling location on polling day if they make a statutory declaration and provide appropriate identification
Official Nomination Of Candidates Closes
Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Returning Office Advance Polls will be held at locations chosen for ease of access Wednesday, November 16, Thursday, November 17 and Friday, November 18 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and in the office of the Electoral District Returning Officer from Saturday, November 12 to Friday, November 18 (Sunday excluded) from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
