Ministry Of Consumer And Business Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- November 7, 2005 as the day on which the following provisions of the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004, c. 19 come into force:
- Subsections 18 (26) to (35), which amend the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002;
- March 31, 2006 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into force:
- Subsection 14 (6), which amends the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999;
- Subsections 18 (1) to (25), which amend the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002;
- Subsection 21 (2), which amends the Safety and Consumer Statutes Administration Act, 1996.

Consumer Protection Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- November 7, 2005 as the day on which the following provisions of the Consumer Protection Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002, c. 30 come into force:
- Sections 50, 51, 52 and 53 of Schedule C (Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002);
- March 31, 2006 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into force:
- Sections 1 to 7 and 9 to 49 of Schedule C (Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002); and
- Subsection 2 (1) and sections 11, 16 and 20 of Schedule E.
