Government Efficiency Act, 2002
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 1, 2006 as the day on which the following provisions of the Government Efficiency Act, 2002, c. 18 come into force:
- Sections 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, subsection 19 (2) and sections 23, 24, 27, 28, 30, 32 to 34 and 37 to 39 of Schedule P, which amend the Highway Traffic Act.
- Section 40 of Schedule P, which amends the City of Toronto Act, 1997 (No. 2).
- Section 41 of Schedule P, which amends the Fairness is a Two-Way Street Act (Construction Labour Mobility), 1999.
- Section 42 of Schedule P, which amends the Milk Act.
- Section 43 of Schedule P, which amends the Ministry of Transportation Act.
- Section 44 of Schedule P, which amends the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act.
- Section 45 of Schedule P, which repeals the Truck Transportation Act.
