Energy Conservation Responsibility Act, 2006
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name May 3, 2006 as the day on which the following provisions of the Energy Conservation Responsibility Act, 2006, c. 3, come into force:
- Sections 1 and 2 of Schedule B, which amend the Electricity Act, 1998.
- Sections 1 to 7 of Schedule C, which amend the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998.

Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name June 1, 2006 as the day on which sections 79.1 and 79.2 and clauses 88 (1) (j) to (q) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, c. 15, Schedule B, as set out in section 4 of the Electricity Pricing, Conservation and Supply Act, 2002, c. 23, are repealed.
