Designation of Qualified Technicians (Breath Samples)

Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Monte Kwinter, Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services of Ontario, on the 13th day of April, 2007, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Intoxilyzer® 5000C.
