The rules of procedure and the fees and costs related to applications for Private Bills are set out in the Standing Orders of the Legislative Assembly. Copies of the Standing Orders, and the guide “Procedures for Applying for Private Legislation”, may be obtained from the Legislative Assembly’s Internet site at http://www.ontla.on.ca or from:

Applicants should note that consideration of applications for Private Bills that are received after the first day of September in any calendar year may be postponed until the first regular Session in the next following calendar year.

Girl Guides of Canada – Guides du Canada
Notice is hereby given that Girl Guides of Canada – Guides du Canada, a body duly incorporated by Chapter 77 of the Statutes of Canada, 1917, will present to the Parliament of Canada at the present session or at either of the two sessions immediately following the present session, a petition for a private Act to amend An Act respecting The Canadian Council of The Girl Guides Association, as amended by Chapter 80 of the Statutes of Canada, 1960 – 1961, in order to effect certain technical and incidental changes to the Act as may be appropriate
