Muskoka Sports And Social Club

Take Notice that the members of Muskoka Sports and Social Club at their meeting on November 3, 2007, authorized the directors to sell the clubhouse and wind up the said Corporation, which was affirmed by a resolution of the directors passed on June 2, 2014, requiring the said Corporation to be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Corporations Act (Ontario).

Any Person with a claim for outstanding Baustein entitlement should submit his or her claim to the Secretary of Muskoka Sports and Social Club at the address noted below within 30 days of the date of this Notice after which date the said Corporation shall be wound up without regard to any claim for outstanding Baustein entitlement.
