take notice that the members of the Fitzroy Beef Farmers Co-operative Inc. (Ontario Corporation No. 1613459) passed a members resolution on February 4, 2016 requiring said corporation to indicate it’s intention to dissolve under the provisions of section 163(a) of the Co-operative Corporations Act.
