take notice that the membership of the self-help resource centre of greater toronto passed a Special Resolution on April 24, 2017 requiring the said Corporation to be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Ontario Corporations Act, and appointed Michelle Westin of Toronto, Ontario, as liquidator.

And take further notice that pursuant to the Income Tax Act (Canada) (1985) and the Corporations Act (Canada) (1990) the membership nominated Stella’s Place, United Way Toronto & York Region, Brain Injury Society of Toronto, and Furniture Bank as eligible donees to receive any of SHRC’s remaining assets upon dissolution.
