Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (budget Measures), 2017
Order in Council 2042/2017 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017. The proclamation, issued on October 18, 2017, names November 1, 2017 as the day on which sections 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 and sections 1, 2, 6, 10, 11 and 12 of Schedule 19 to the Act come into force. The revocation of the proclamation is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, revoke the proclamation.
